Abilities: Emissary of Water: It allows him to create water, he can drown a person by forcing them to drink water he has created, which will then produce more and more in their lungs. He can only control water he creates himself, however doing so dehydrates him.
Personality: Caspar has streaks of sadism in him, once nearly drowning a school bully to the point of death. He is kind to the other inmates and he detests the guards. He is usually kept dehydrated, except when being experimented on.

     From this point on any tests being done on the players' characters are nonspecific. Just make stuff up and so long as it sounds sciencey it's fine!
     I've not mentioned this but there's a communal area for the experiments to socialise between wings A, B, etc. (Naturally under the keen eyes o' the guards). Feel free to drop in there before going to central, if you've been called. Feel free to add nondescript experiments and/or whatnot for the purposes of making the place seem populated and explorable.

On the contrary, my mind is full of ideas and plans for things to do, but the order requirement is kind of throwing me off. Serpington doesn't appear to be that active, and last time he posted, you made a post after him, keeping me from posting until a few turns after. I understand the idea and why you would want to do it, but it just doesn't work very easily.
