Wow, that's creepy... She thought to herself, but she wasn't about to turn down an escape route just because it was creepy. She knew she'd be shot if she stayed there so she would definately choose life and take the creepy escape route. She just nodded after Gil finished speaking. She moved forward to the well, got on the ladder, and climbed down into the darkness. Her fur rose as she reached the bottom and stepped off the ladder. She looked up the ladder through the darkness, waiting for the others.

Gil motioned everyone else down, saying, "I hope no ones afraid of enclosed spaces or the dark... I've got another flashlight over there..." He points to what looks to be a work desk heavily papered with all sorts of strange drawings and scientific notes of dizzying complexity. "It's under the paper on radical genetic augmentation of living tissue, it's the one on the right...gee I wonder if the professor would see as much irony in that final assignment as I do, given the present situation."

Gil's voice echoed down to her. She shivered a little, crossing her arms for warmth. She was definately glad she wasn't scared of the dark or claustrophobic. That would've sucked. She just stood there and waited for the others to come down, looking around in the darkness even though she knew she wouldn't be able to see anything.

He waits for everyone to come down.

He sees that Vee is cold, so he hands her his jacket. "Here."

She smiles at him appreciatively as she takes his jacket. "Thank you." She pulls the jacket on.

"It's FAKE fur......no pun intended......" He exaggerated the word FAKE.

Erek quickly calmed down and seemed almost stunned. He finally managed to speak in a low voice. "...What...?" He suddenly felt depressed... It probably was a bit amazing how he could have such extreme mood swings, but considering what kind of person he was, it wasn't really that strange... He wondered how he was going to see his parents... He knew the house was too far away to walk...

Natasha felt so bad, it was obvious that the boy was very dissappointed by the news. "Don't worry, I'll try my best. If it's close enough to cycle to, and you can cycle, we can do that, or else..." she thought of what else they could do to get the car in working order. "Or else we can try kick starting it, you could get out and try giving it a push. I don't know if it'd work, but it's worth a try."

She chuckled even though there was no pun intended. She wrapped her arms around herself kind of like a hug, already feeling warmer. But she still shivered slightly, mainly because the effect that the creepy place had on her. She looked around again as if making sure that there was nothing lurking in the neverending darkness. As it was, she could barely see Jesse, so she knew she wouldn't see anything else further away, but she looked just in case.

Getting scared, he grabs onto his children and Vee to feel safe.

"It's just me. Jesse. I hope I didn't scare you. I'm already scared enough."

Erek nodded... He tried to keep his chin up, but it was hard... He felt so down...  He wondered why... He never used to be this... moody... He started to wonder if it was his new form that did it... He stared at his hands... Was something wrong with him...?
