((*Strolls across finish line for days later* I didn't go fast.))


Ray woke up in the estate, and got dressed. He checked on Henry, who was fast asleep, and then on Acon, who was also sleeping.  After the fiasco in the old plantation house, she didn't seem the same. Ray was worried she got something attached to her, or got some nasty virus. He didn't know, but he could feel something was off. He walked away from her room, and sat down in the living room. Ray stretched, and waited for his next assignment from Herman.

[Aconitum]

Acon slowly got out of bed and shuffled to the living room, coughing a bit. She lied down on the couch with a sick groan. She blew her nose loudly as she covered up with a blanket that was draped over the back of the couch.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray looked at Acon, a worried look across his face. "How are you feeling, Acon?  You need anything? Water, soup, something?"

[Aconitum]

Acon shook her head, clearing her throat. "No thank you." She answered, shivering.

[Rayleonarde]

"I know I've asked multiple times, but do you want me to get a body worker or something? I could split your illness with you. Or, if you'd humor me, you could go to the hospital." A pleading look grew on Ray's face. "Please, for my sake."

[Aconitum]

Acon shook her head. "No, Rayleonarde. I'm not going to the hospital, your not splitting my illness." She groaned, blowing her nose.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray sighed. "I'm worried about you, Acon.  That pit wasn't there by accident.  We were supposed to die down there.  Someone...or something...wanted us dead."

[Aconitum]

Acon rolled her eyes. "Don't be dumb, Ray. I'm fine." Acon turned over on the couch and laughed.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray shook his head, and stood. "Really, Acon. I'm worried." He sat back down, and reached for his phone, hoping Herman would give him something to do, at least to take his mind from his ailing friend."

[Aconitum]

Acon caughed into her tissue. When she removed it, it was speckled blood.  Herman called Ray from France; where he had gone for a business meeting.

*Jacob jolts to Life and looks at his prosthetic arm,he tries to speak but lets out small squeaks*

*gaia not knowing he was awake begins to walk back to the hospital* "what do I do... He's been like that for years... I think, I got to pull the plug. He can't live that way anymore..."

Lucy walks down a dark street, someone behind her puts a cloth over her mouth, she grabs his hand and throws him on the ground. "Not this time!" She starts kicking him.
