[Rayleonarde]

A figure stood beside a brick building, dressed in polished armor, a sword on his hip, a shield on his back, and a helmet atop his head. The figure looked around, a little confused.

[Aconitum]

Acon hadn't noticed the figure as she danced along. "I turn my cheek, music up, and I'm puffin my chest. I'm gettin red in the face, you... can call me obsessed. It's not your fault that they hover, I mean no disrespect. It's my right to be hellish, I still get jealous!"

[Rayleonarde]

The figure turned, and spoke out, jovially. "Lady Acon!"

[Aconitum]

Acon jumped and turned to face the figure. "R-Ray?" Her expression soured. "Did that douch bag, King Candy send you?"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray blinked, and took a step back. "K-King Candy told me that you were in mourning, and would like my company? Something about a lost husband?" He lowered his head. "I'm sorry if I've offended you, I'll return to King Candy, post haste."

[Aconitum]

Acon sighed and shook her head. "No no. Please stay."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray blinked. "K-King Candy would also like to give you this..." He offered up a small, pearl studded box. "And this." Ray then held up a scroll, sealed with Ronnie, or King Candy's, mark.

[Aconitum]

Acon narrowed her eyes at the two items before she took them. First, she opened up the scroll.

[Rayleonarde]

The scroll stated, in Ronnie's overly fancy script:
Dear Acon.
  By the time you read this, you will have met Ray, which is fantastic. I've personally seen to it that he's been 'transferred to House Lovien' and will follow you without question, as he did me. I wish to see you again in Candy Land, mayhaps after we deal with the Lord Licorice?

                                           King Candy.

[Aconitum]

Acon scowled and threw the stroll over her shoulder. "How dare he take over MY fanfiction!" She glared at the box and opened it. "And what the hell is this?!"

[Rayleonarde]

The box contained a fist sized diamond jaw-breaker, with the note Thanks for the new life. R~

[Aconitum]

Acon breathed heavily with anger and took Ray's paw. Using the door knob, the two walked into candy land and headed straight for the castle.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray blinked. "L-Lady Acon? What're you doing?"

[Aconitum]

"Nothing!" She snapped. "Stay here! Don't you dare move a muscle!" She ordered before running off to find Ronnie.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray saluted, and stood still, the wind tugging at the small cape that sat on his shoulders.


Ronnie sat in his throne, slumped over slightly, as if he was sleeping.
