Having slept for only a few hours, Ray got dressed, and made his way back to the nerve center. Ray sat almost completely still, his eyes flitting around to each monitor. He saw Acension as each camera did, every crime, every dispute, everything that happened under cover of darkness happened under his watch. Ray felt empowered, but upset with the gaps in information. He decided to try and collect some sort of facial recognition software to run remotely, so he could pin people's names, among other things. The thought of that much information made Ray light-headed. To be able to see who's who, and not even move? See what's going on each night, knowing almost everything? When he was through wiring the city, Ray thought, no one could even sneeze without his knowledge. His eyes grew wide at the thought.
