Ray's face paled, as they sat lodged in the building. He waved shakily at Herman, who had cleared the desk, and was standing on the other side of the room.

Herman stared wide eyed at the car sitting in his office. "Hello, Herman." Magnolia chipped as she stepped out if the car. "I like what you've done to your office." Herman's surprise turned to anger when he registered what was going on. "WOMAN! ARE YOU MAD?"

[Rayleonarde]

Hoping he hadn't gotten noticed, Ray climbed through the back of the car, and exited through the rear passenger door. He waited for Herman and Magnolia to finish.

[Aconitum]

Magnolia and Herman exchanged a few choice insults before Herman finally let out and exhausted sigh. "Fine. He's got his protection. When's he want that damn apology?"

Ray sighed, and walked over to the rabbit hole. He sat, and let his feet dangle over the edge.

[Aconitum]

Acon had driven back to the estate and was surprised to see tire tracks in the grass of her father's land. She could hear Magnolia and Herman yelling at each other, but saw Ray by the whole from the night before. She ran to him and nearly tackled him with a hug. "Ray! You're home!"

Ray hugged Acon back, laughing. "Yeah, your mother got Herman to agree to apologize to Giovanni." He held Acon close for a moment, before speaking. "I didn't know you cared so much, Acon."

[Aconitum]

Acon buried her nose into Ray's chest. "Ray, what would do without you? I couldn't let Ronnie hurt you or thst Giovanni douch kill you."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray chuckled. "I don't know what you'd do, but Giovanni wouldn't kill me. I was worth too much money to him...but I only need to be alive." He sighed, and looked at Acon. "I'm...I'm glad you care...there's not many people who do."

[Aconitum]

"That's only because they don't have the sight." Acon smiled. "They can't see beneath your cloak the way I can."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray hugged Acon tighter, before he accidentally yawned. "Whoops, I'm tired, sorry. Could we...head back home? I'd really like to just lay down in my own bed."

[Aconitum]

Acon nodded and stood and stood to head back home.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray stood, and stood beside Acon. "Y-You didn't run here, did you?"

[Aconitum]

Acon shook her head. "Nope. I took my car." She lead Ray to her mustang and hopped into the driver's side, starting the car and preparing to hhead out.

Ray got in the passenger seat, and nearly fell asleep. "Whoops! Not in here, Ray, this isn't your room."
