Blood bubbled from Acon's nose as she reached over and grabbed Ray's sleeve. Her breathing was shallow and only getting worse.

Mag felt alone, she wanted to be home, but when she had gone there, it wasn't home. She wasn't sure about anything anymore. looking over the edge of the cliff she had positioned herself on, she prepared to jump.

Acon smiled back at Ray and reached into her pocket for his flask. "Here. You're going to survive. I'm sorry." After setting the flask beside Ray, Acon placed her bare paw on Ray's neck and healed him.

Ronald, was walking that way when he saw Mag and ran up to her. "Mommy!" He cried.
