Josh sighed into his palms, the pills hadn't taken effect, he couldn't even pretend to be happy anymore. There wasn't many things for him left, he hadn't seen Con for months and was sure she'd found someone else. 'She at least deserved to be happy' were his initial thoughts, though deep down it saddened him that he could never be enough, or amount to anything in his own eyes.
Frank walked down the stairs of his and Satan's house. He was happy that Amy was slowly becoming that man that he was before the incident and had still maintained the relationship with Satan he always had. He patted Amy's head. "How are you feeling today?"
Amy looked at Frank and presented him a slight smile. "I'm fine, dad." He returned to writing, which was his medium for release. Considering that his previous medium was just shutting down, the writing was a vast improvement.
HAL hadn't slowed down at all, he was still causing chaos as usual.
Mag had been admitted into another asylum for her severe depression, in which they mainly removed all possibility of her killing herself by locking her into a padded room void of any human contact. She had lost it. The thoughts of Acon hating her were the only things left and she couldn't cope with it. The only hope she had left was that one day she would visit one day.
