The Maximum state Prison

Acon walked about the halls of the prison, blood staining her straight jacket. Pentagrams lined the walls and severed body parts lay about the floors.

*Gaia ignores the guards fighting off the other prisoners* "uhhh they need to really upgrade prisons..."

Ray heard footsteps, and jumped into a storage closet. He fumbled around, and turned on a camera. He picked it up, and fiddled with a few settings, turning on the low-light mode. He looked around, and picked up a few batteries, before slowly opening the door, and peaking outside.

Ray stepped from the closet cautiously, recording every second. He breathed quietly, but heavily, and walked slowly around the lobby, before wandering away.

Acon attacked a guard, beating his head in with her bare fists.

*J.C Rises before opening his door,he walks out and breaks out of his Jacket Befor maddingly laughing as he grabs a fleeing nurse*

*Gaia walks to another door hearing the guards screaming and crying then they disappear one by one, a huge roar is heard Gaia then stays back* "the hell?"

*J.C Slams the nurses head on the ground,never ending*"DIE HARLET!!! DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!!"

*Gaia finally find the security room a hacking the computer to see from the cameras and setting the chiefs hat on making her plan is going well*

Evaluation: when questioned about the killings he said that a spectre of some kind had made him commit the atrocity, this shows that he has detached himself from reality. When questioned about the spectre he showed a large amount of discomfort and stated that it was watching him, this was before he killed one of the guards and attempted to kill another, we had to call upon several officers before we could properly restrain him.
Personality: Patient 45802 seems delusional an as I have previously stated is detached from reality, however from my experience when talking to him personally it becomes apparent that he can be quite kind. He is also rather opinionated, when talking about the economy he stated his dislike in its failure and in the government. Unfortunately, he is susceptible to extreme changes in said personality suddenly becoming violent for no reason.
Diagnosis: Patient 45802 shows signs of schizophrenia and Psychosis.
Conclusion: Though Patient 45802 exhibits said signs, he can be cold and calculated that is why I recommend that he is kept in a maximum security holding and with most objects of any lethality be out of reach. I also strongly recommend putting Patent 45802 on some form of antipsychotics.

Acon snooped around the asylum, her fur coat now gone, but she was still covered in blood. Her straight jacket hung on her slender frame like a short dress, the sleeves were long enough to drag on the ground when her arms were unfolded by her sides. The muzzle she wore was tight on her snout, a result of an event that took place when she was first braught to the facility. When Acon first arived, they had finally arrested her at the home she was hiding out in after killing a family of ten and using their children as human sacrifice. As soon as she was ushered through the ward's doors, she reared back and grabed hold of her doctor's neck through her loose muzzle. Ever since then, they always made sure her mouth was fasined shut.

I look around, the restraints are tight and my arms hurt due to the strait jacket. The muzzle around my mouth prevents me from speaking I look around the room without using my head, as I am unable to move it. I see the spectre.

Acon turned to look inside Jason's cell and pushed open the door. She stood and stared at him in the threshold.

The spectre reaches out to me and whispers in my ear "I want you to get up, but you can't... So I will." I try to struggle, I try to run, but I can't.
