Thomas went to the courtyard, attracted by the calls for help. He saw animus getting the tar kicked out of him, and Acon going to defend him. He would help... But he was to afraid. He would help him, but he was afraid there would be two guys on the floor there. He was no good in a fight without one of his knives, and he really didn't want to bring a knife to school. That would get him expelled. And he didn't want that to happen. So he stood there, unsure of what to do.
