     "My grandmother. My uncle and aunt. Their three kids; two girls and a boy my age. Also the cat family that works under ours. We're a traditional nine tailed family." Aaron said with a hint of bitterness in his voice.
     "Did you want to know about my master? He lives alone. He brings the odd woman back to his house occasionally, but oddly he seems to behave around them. Still treats me like *censor'd* though..."

"wow full house huh? And your Master must be quite the looker. but he shouldnt treat you with anything but kindness" Animus looked up at Aaron "and traditional? like no shoes on in the house?"

     "The fascination with japan is purely my own. That and I never wear shoes. But honestly I'd prefer it if you scuffed up the place. And when we're there, do not apologise for anything, to anyone. Ever. Got it? If you do you'll be torn apart. Be unashamed, unrestrained. Treat it like it's your own place. But worse." Aaron said bluntly.

Animus looked to Aaron, "Aaron im not going to be mean." he said with a concerned face
"Whats the worse that could happen? They wont hurt beat me or anything will they?"

     "Survival isn't mean. They dominate. They will treat you like a slave and you need to stand against that. Unless you want to be an unpaid, 24-hour peon, then go right ahead. I just figured you were sick of living like that is all." Aaron snapped. He turned to give Animus one of his soul piercing stares.
     "Quit thinking that people are inherently good!"

Animus gasped slightly as his face saddened, that shook him. He looked down and lowered his ears, "im.... im sorry but i cant... i refuse to believe that they arent... and im happy with the way i was living... am living"

     "You're honestly happy to be broken time and time again are you!? Living like an urchin, barely living!? Stop being so weak! Stop putting up with all this!"
     Aaron stood and almost glared down at Aniums.
     "Live! For the sake of anyone you've ever cared about, stop scrounging a living here! Strive in your studies, rise in the cafe, live! Society itself functions on stepping over others, so don't just sit on the floor! You have no reason, or right!"

Animus' lower lip trembled, "You dont think im trying to live for the people i love? I do strive in studies im the top in my class... and i worked my best everyday at the cafe... i want my parents to be proud of me. Even if i dont know how they feel now." Animus wiped his eyes "I am happy... not with being broken... but im happy that im living. i dont regret anything, im thankful for everything good thats happened. You have no right to tell me how to live. I feel like i am living life to the fullest to the best of my own abilities. You may have a cruel family. but at least you have a family." Animus walked over to the nearby restrooms and locked himself in a stall. He hugged himself and closed his eyes and tried to calm himself. "Stop crying Ani... you promised..."

     "I said too much. I only meant..." Aaron whispered to himself.
     He realised something. He was still operating under his master's basic underlying ideals. Cruelty had been a part of his life for so long, he was trying to make Animus become cruel in an attempt to bring his strength in line with Aaron's set of ideals.
     But of course...Animus WAS strong - to find peace in his life even when being trampled on. To dismiss each beating simply because it was a good thing to do...
     So...was Aaron...weak? Or at least needlessly defiant?
     Aaron huffed and clutched his head. Damn Destroyer...
     He walked into the bathrooms and nearly knocked. Oddly, nobody else was in. He sighed quietly and knocked twice.
     "Animus...? Are you...okay?" Aaron couldn't quite say he was wrong, that he had worked it out, just yet. At least...he thought he had. It was probably just a breakthrough. But still...he wanted to make amends.

*it was morning and zaida was at school in the gym waiting for more student to arrive for the assembly when most of the teens arrived it started*


Mr.louis a fit horse walks out* "hello kids im Louis your new principal... And I just want to tell you all I'll make this school better, safer and make more clubs and other classes like that's so...."

*zaida heard blah blah blah zoning out as she was tired and fell asleep twice after he was done all the kids left to their first periods beginning to learn, zaida walks in her class and sits down waiting for the teacher*

"Just give me a bit okay?" Animus sniffled
"Dont cry... you promised" Animus kept whispering that to himself as he held himself tighter, he wish he could be held, he wanted Aaron to hold him. But he knew he wold lose it. He simply sat and whispered. He became calm ater a minute and opened the door. "What time is it?"his eyes slightly puffy and tired looking

     "We still have an hour." Aaron said softly. "Animus...Ani...I'm...sorry. Since I've met you my perceptions have been turned upside down. I...I feel vulnerable, Ani, and even saying this much makes me want to throw up with fear; my gut's churning right now. I've been questioning my life, my mater, my stupid family and myself since I met you. And it's not your fault...well...it is, but it's not...bad? I'm..."
     -So lost- Aaron thought, but couldn't speak. -I'm lost and I've been questioning every constant in my life and all I have to trust is you, but I haven't been able to even though I must...everyone I've am ever trusted I trusted willingly and easily. Master...my family...and now I think they've led me astray I can't trust so easily anymore...even though you're probably the only one I should!-
     "And really? Now I...now I know I'm wrong I just...I'm sad I've hurt you..."
     Aaron slid his arms around Animus and slowly pulled him into a tight embrace. Aaron rested his chin in Animus' head.
     "It's like I live to be changed. I'm so easily fooled. Don't cry because of my stupidity, Ani. How can I really mean it? Please...I haven't the right to ask...but please...teach me how to be strong like you."

Animus gasped, he found himself astonished, his arms slowly slid around Aaron as well, "Aaron... its okay... and i... im sorry i know youve seen me cry before but... i made a promise. To my mom, she said, the only times i could cry is when i know im alone, or when im with someone i trully love." Animus buried his face into Aaron'schest and sht his eyes tightly, "I dont want you to hurt or be sad because of me. And i promise ill try my best to show you, i dont know if what you call strong is really stong, but i want you to be happy so please" He lifted his head and looked into Aaron's eyes, Animus' own eyes a bit teary "smile." Animus lifted a paw to cup one of Aaron's cheeks, Animus smiled, "Its the first time you called me by my nickname." A tear escaped from Animus' eye and slid slowly down to his own cheek

Acon walked into school with a bit of a spring in her step. Today she had on a pair of black leather skinnies, a tight t-shirt that was cut off to show her pierced belly button, black docs and one of Ben's jackets. She was in late today because it took all she could to get out of bed this morning and took even more will power to get Ben out of bed.
