Setting: Sci-Fi/Future (Everyone is welcome)

Kalan steps forward drawing ryegard "lets do this then" he looks at the wolf "if you cant take out the door i can but i need to be right next to" he looks around sheepishly "im only half elf after all magic not that strong im afraid"

[Taliaka Anichezachi]

A flash of light scattered the place, suddenly we where all standing at the cabin, the door was locked and all there was around us where trees. everything was down to this in order to get to Merloon,
AnviOS said "Alright let's do this"

[Angder]

Angder had been eying the device with suspision, *VOOSH* Andger Yelped, he was looking right at it when it went off he jumped back rubbing his eyes "HEY, warning next time" He swore,  "Well now we are here..." Angder stumbled up to the door, he had trouble seeing, but he hoped it would clear in a few seconds. He crouched down to examine the lock. "Anyone got a lockpick?"

(( sorry about the long wait everyone. My phone hasn't been connecting to the wifi for the past two hours and quite frankly it has pissed me off big time so if I say anything out of order I apologise in advance. ))

Just as Angder finished speaking a black headed arrow landed just millimetres from his cheekbone and buried itself in the lock of the front door. The first arrow was then followed by a few more one by one landing dangerously close to each of the furs near the cabin.

Kalan twisted around to the right taking refuge behind a tree, he reached out with mind searching for the attacker. The scent hit his nose only moments before he detected him. He lips curled into a snarl "the shadow walker" he cursed.

[Fenox Helkiin]

A faint growl could be heard as another arrow flew through the air and clipped some of the furr on Kalan's face and scratching away at his skin.

[kalan]

Kalan drop to one knee as he felt an arrow tear at his skin. Regaining himself he quickly darted from tree to tree working his way to the shadow walker. The side of his face burned, his heart raced, ryegard felt cold in his hand. As he closed on the shadow walker he stilled himself listen to the sound of his feet on the the ground to the sound of the air as he passed through it. He already knew this guy was fast, he knew he was in for the fight of his life. There the shadow walker with one final step he centered his weight strectched ryegard out to his right and lunged

[Tim Siguire]

*Pulls an arrow from his jacket* Those were intimidation warning shots.
It's missing on purpose, and it has the advantage of the land.
That... thing could have picked us off. It, *becomes lightlheaded* whew... that portal has side effects.


Corporal Siguire watched two take their fight elsewhere.

[Fenox Helkiin]

Aakor leapt over Kalan then bounded up a tree into the canopy of the forest leaving a small throwing knife in the paw that he was holding ryegard with.

[kalan]

Kalan dropped ryegard well snarling in pain, He tore the knife from his hand. Spinning around he retrieved ryegard with his other hand slipped the throwing knife between his teeth and pursed the creature into the trees. Leaping from branch to branch he scanned for the shadow walker.

[Fenox Helkiin]

Aakor was just above the rest of the group watching carefully and with curiosity not noticing that Kalan had followed him into the canopy. While he was watching he seemed to be calm and happy despite the confrontation with Kalan not two minutes ago. 

[kalan]

"You think the trees can save shadow walker im half elf the woods run through my blood". He holds up the knife with his blood soaked hand, "you left something down there". He throws the knife at the shadow walker.

[Fenox Helkiin]

His head turns as he catches the blade with his left paw then growls and snarls at Kalan before snapping back to the rest of the group and wagging his tail happily. 

[kalan]

Kalan prepares to strikes but stop himself he lowers ryegard and watches the creature curiously for a moment. "You could've killed us you had the jump on us the shadows were in your favor but you didn't why".
