Ray yelped, and Vilkas walked up to Lucas. "Very good, friend! You've actually done it." Farkas came up, and shackled Ray. He took him from Lucas, and moved him downstairs, as Vilkas discussed Lucas's reward. "How's....one thousand, six hundred gold sound?"  He held up a large bag of gold.

Vilkas shrugged. "He had one of the shards of Wuuthrad. We tried to buy it from him, but he threatened violence. So, we had to act. Thank you for catching him before he got rid of it." He patted Lucas's shoulder, and walked towards the dining table. "Come, friend, and eat with us. Maybe you'll consider joining us?" Farkas could be heard yelling, followed by Ray's panicked answers.
