Ray groaned. "It's all psychological. Emotions give creatures of a...whats the word? Oh, they operate on their own...autonomous? I don't know...anyway, it gives them a window to peer into another's psyche. They're almost useless in the idea that people can't function properly while emotions are running high." He sighed, and slid out of his chair.
