"You don't have to remind yourself of things. Not saying you do. I know it sucks not being able to forget. How did you survive, if I may ask."


Tim continued scaling them,  Scales started flinging  everywhere. "Agh... i'll be here for a while... "

Ardys pulled some of the descaled fish over. "I stuffed my guts back in, wrapped my shirt around my belly, crawled back to my backpack, and sowed myself up," she said. "I was stuck leaning against a tree in the woods for a week..." As she spoke, she began to clean the fish.

"That's..... scary.... wouldn't you normally bled out and passed out?" *scales start becoming stubborn and hand gets cut*

"I did," Ardys said, continuing to clean the fish. "I barely managed to close the wound before I fainted.... Hey, are you alright?!"

[Tim Siguire]

"Yeah. I'm fine. A little worried about the story of your near death but i'm ok. Why do you ask?"


Tim grew another pair of arms so the current pair could soon relax. "I think about half are scaled."

Ardys stared at Tim's new arms, looking a bit surprised. "Well... you... you cut your..." She motioned to her hand. "... How did you do that?" she asked.

[Tim Siguire]

"It's my ability. Massive regeneration... allows me to grow limbs almost instantly. Now that you mention it, my hand has a few cuts on it. Guess I wasn't focused on healing,, oh well. The scales cut me. Speaking of regeneration... did Cifero tell you about his stomach? I did it as a favor a long time ago. I asked if he wanted it done, though."


Tim switched arms and finished scaling the last fishes.

Ardys cocked an eyebrow, finishing her job of cleaning the fish shortly after. "Cifero...?"




Daisy heard them talking and landed nearby, walking over. "Hey," she said, taking a seat near them. "What are you two talking about, and what do I sort of have to do with it?"

[Tim Siguire]

Like a sudden slap to the face, Tim realized who 'Cifero' was. "Hey! Daisy! Yeah I ws just mentioning how I uhm... fixed your old scar. Except this was before you changed and back when we lived in a big house."


Tim looked at his resting hands and noticed cuts and small scales in one.

Daisy thought for a second, then smiled. "Oh yeah," she said, turning to Ardys. "I had a scar on my stomach from being run through, but Tim fixed it..." Daisy ran her finger over an area of her t-shirt. "It was sort of a line between my solar plexus and my navel... Here, let me show you..." Pulling out a small picture book, Daisy showed Ardys a two pictures of Cifero, one with the scar and one without. "See?"


Ardys cocked an eyebrow at Daisy's pictures, then looked at Tim. "So you removed his scar?" she said. "Also, Daisy, you looked disturbingly like Cassy over there."

[Tim Siguire]

"He... er.. she wanted me to. After I asked, I still gave him the choice of saying no and leaving it be. I got a yes, though. So... I did it."


Tim handed Ardys the last fish and healed his hand and took the scales out. "Ardys... I'll be up by Cassy. Daisy." He tipped his head towards Daisy respectfully.

Daisy tipped her head back. "Tim."


Ardys finished cleaning the last fish, then quickly built a small, contained fire in a place where there was only dry dirt.

Tim came back after some time, smelling less fishy. "Just needed to clean up." Tim gave Daisy a hug and patted her back.
"Nice to see you again, buddy."

Ardys nodded, having gotten the fish on a fire and everything. "I'll go clean up too," she said, disappearing into the woods.




Cassy gently tended the fire and made sure everything cooked right.


Daisy smiled and hugged Tim back. "Great to see you too," she said. "What are you folks up to, and why are you and Ardys in your swimsuits?"

Tim had completely forgotten they were in their swimwear.
"Huh... oh! We were planning on swimming after eating. Cassy, got any spice & seasonings?"


Tim teased Daisy for a bit. "I'm sure you'd have fun if you joined us. Besides.. I think you'd look amazing in a swimsuit."

Cassy nodded. "I brought some in my backpack," she said, giving Tim a thumbs-up.


Daisy blushed and lightly swatted Tim's arm. "You're making me blush," she said, fluttering her wings. "But it does sound like fun... Can it be any sort of swimsuit?"
