Broken Fourth Wall

Nalia put a hand against Kalan's neck/jaw and another ovr his head. She brushed his head with a sweet hentleness and gave him a soft smile. She spoke to him as soothingly as a mother would to her cub.

"Listen. I know you have been uneasy. I want you to know that I wont hurt you. Okay?"
She then got on her knees and hugged him.

Lia went and sat in a chair after sharing her kindness with Kalan.
She pulled up a holographic screen which played soft music  which she listened to.

Tim got up and went to the kitchen to make something sweet and bready.
"Cinnamon rolls, flaked biscuits.... And something... Ooh, a snack wrap."

Ardys, who had been sleeping in the chair nearby, suddenly blinked awake. "Hrmm... that was a long rest," she said, slowly getting up and walking over to the kitchen. As she saw Tim, the sabertooth smiled gently. "... Hi, Tim," she said, rubbing the back of her head.




Daisy, having finally returned, flew over the vast expanses of the thread, observing all.

Tim looked behind him and saw Ardys. A smile came over his face as he tried to find a word but his hi came out quiet and mental.
His arms opened up like a door lock and waited for Ardys to walk into them.

Ardys took a few steps forward, then ran over to Tim and hugged him tightly, resting her head on his shoulder. "I missed you a lot," she said, swishing her small tail.

"Yeah. I see. Welcome baçk." Tim hugged back and wrapped his arm around her head, putting her face a little more into his shoulder.
"I told you id still be here." He smiled and felt happy he kept his promise.

Almost couldnt. So many internets and rules and bills.

Ardys blushed very lightly and smiled against Tim's shoulder. "It's wonderful to see you again," she said, rubbing his upper back and pulling him close to her. "I feel like I've been asleep for over two weeks..." The sabertooth took a step back and looked at Tim. "Hmm... Have you been spending time outside? It's great weather for it..."

Tim smiled at Ardys and looked around. "I have, actually. I have been walking between places. And such. I can feel fall geting close. Th nights are cool and not warm."

Ardys nodded sagely. "A jacket would be a worthwhile investment," she said, stretching a little bit. "Mrrph... You know, I wouldn't mind doing a bit of exercising myself. I've been asleep for two weeks, after all... my muscles are probably a little too relaxed..." The sabertooth glanced over at Tim. "What do you think?"

"Nmmmmm.... Its up to you but i think so. You dont wantbto feel sluggish. And eventually youll get used to not exercising."
Tim put a hand over Ardy's shoulder and patted her hips with his his tail.
He then nuzzled her cheek and hugged her promptly. "Good to see you after that break or vacation."

"Nmmmmm.... Its up to you but i think so. You dont wantbto feel sluggish. And eventually youll get used to not exercising."

He then nuzzled her cheek and hugged her promptly. "Good to see you after that break or vacation."

Ardys blushed a little and hugged Tim back, making a satisfied sound. "Good to see you too," she said, walking over to the wardrobe with Tim. "So... What to wear?"

I dont know. How about something light and thin." He suggested

Tim went over to the wardrobe with Ardys and stood beside it.

"Sounds good," Ardys said, picking out a pair of men's running shorts, a sports bra, and a tank top. "Give me just a second."
