"Thanks Ardys. I need a few seconds before it heals." Tim's tail slumped down and the tip shook violently before straightening out.

Ardys chuckled. "I suppose it would depend on the kind of spider," she said.


Cassy touched down on the hill and stretched hugely. "Are you both alright?" she said mid-stretch.


Ardys nodded. "Just fine... How about you?" she said. "Are your wings sore at all?"


"Nah." The crat shook her head. "I fly all the time."


"Hmm... You must have a pretty high metabolism," the sabretooth said, looking Cassy over. "You're damned skinny."

"I have a high metabolism as well. And As long as the spider just politely says Hi instead of trying to climb out or away, i'll not kill it from fear."


Tim's leg fixed and healed and he reached the top of the hill and stood beside Ardys. He looked around could see most of the trees' tops and branches, blocking random sects of light from the sun.

Glancing at Tim, Ardys admired the view as well, straightening her top out. "It really is beautiful out here," she said.




Cassy flopped down in the grass on her back.

"There's a mountain way out there. We should go there on a warm day."


Tim looked to Cassy and shook his body to clear out whatever dust and pollen attached to him.

"Not a bad plan," Ardys said, smiling at Tim. Sitting up, the sabertooth gently laid a hand on her stomach. "I think I'm getting a little hungry."

Tim's ears perked up and he stretched before looking at Ardys.
"Is that so? You want a snack.. like from fruits and seeds, or something like a small rodent / animal?"


Tim looked at the trees. "I'm looking for more of a salad, wild fruit thing."

Ardys nodded. "Fruit is always a good plan," she said, stretching hugely. Glancing over at Cassy, the sabretooth grinned and playfully poked the younger girl's solar plexus.


"ACK!" Cassy jumped a bit and sat up, covering her stomach and flushing red. "Ardys...."


"Hey, I've done worse to you," Ardys said with a chuckle. "Anyway, are you hungry too?"


The crat rubbed her side. ".... A little."

"Alright! We're in action!" Tim lowered his body, placing all of his paws into the earth. He smelled the air and looked around.


"We have... a few bushes... a patch of sunflowers... and a river of fish. Then more bees.. and an apple tree. DOn't know how that got here."

"Alright! We're in action!" Tim lowered his body, placing all of his paws into the earth. He smelled the air and looked around.


"We have... a few bushes... a patch of sunflowers... and a river of fish. Then more bees.. and an apple tree. DOn't know how that got here."

Cassy cocked her head. "The apple tree or something else?"

"The tree. It's almost as if someone planted it a few years ago. If this was Minecraft, we'd have to wish for the apples."


Tim wanted to laugh but he did hate that fact how apples were hard to come buy.

"Well then... Where to start?" Ardys said.


"I could probably pick some apples," Cassy said, smiling and fluttering her wings.

"That works. Um, I will see what I can get from the sunflowers and the river. But if we do getg something meaty, we'd have to find a way to cook it. Well.. I know I would. I have never eaten straight flesh before."


Tim faced the sunflower patch and saw a good strawberry patch beside it.

Cassy got a few apples out of the tree.




Ardys searched around and managed to gather a decent amount of wild edible plants.
