"Not bad for a shaky guess." Aaron mumbled. He wondered why animus had powers he couldn't control. He closed his eyes...and opened them. His pupils were naught but tiny slits now.
He disappeared. He didn't reappear. The wind turned rapidly green and it screamed as though if were in pain. The only thing following Aaron was light as the air took on a green-orange hue. Death Game struck so many times the noise had no time to differentiate between screaming strikes and thunderous blows. The air itself, now thick with Aaron's balefyre chi, was a poisonous thing. And it was all directed at the beast in control of animus' body. Death Game caught alight and it's already insane attack power went up, up, up.
It was all over in theory seconds - the beast's life and Aaron's endurance.
Aaron was spent as he landed, rolled and stopped in a heap. His chi flow and scythe both dissipated.
