Animus sighed and then returned to his book, "not long til twilight... the witching hour..." that was when most things supernatural tended to be stronger and more apparent, he gulped and glanced to the Uoija box, he knew using it alone was risky but he liked taking the risk, although he stil would like some kind of company if at alll possible.

Ray flopped onto his couch, and inspected his camera. After a few moments, he checked his watch, and decided to do a little more sightseeing. Ray wandered about town, until he happened across what the locals called The Sentinel. He took a few pictures from afar, and made his way towards the Sentinel.


((Erm...what is the Sentinel? A rock formation?))

     "The folklores if this town. It seems everyone has at least a favourite. So...what do you know about them? I'm interested in such things, you see. And I have an assignment to write. I use the online uni system at the school and I'm writing about the concept of folklore."
     That last part involving his assessment type had been an outright lie but it closed everything together. After all, Aaron DID use the uni system...so why should a white little lie cause any trouble?

Ray made his way towards the old structure, and took pictures of it from where-ever he could. He climbed up the side, and took pictures from the top. "Beautiful."

"Well.." The sheriff nodded slightly "I was down at the beach, just kinda screwing around. So, I decide to go to the sentinel, right? This was at like 11 at night, by the way. Son as I climb out of one of the towers, it was as bright as day! So, naturally, I check my watch, and I had only been in the castle thirty minutes!" He shook his head "frigging weird, man."

Ray, satisfied with his pictures, made his way back down, but found his footholds unreachable. He groaned, and climbed through a window. To his surprise, it seemed brighter inside. Must be my eyes adjusting. Ray wandered about the structure, taking pictures every so often.

     "...How many coffees had you taken?" Aaron asked with a sigh. "Thank you though."
     Aaron disappeared without a trace, moving back towards the school. Last night he had caught sight of a very ambiguous something...he was determined not to let it go tonight.

"Hey, where'd you go?" Vess shouted, climbing out of his car, his hand on his holster "Hellooo?"

Ray felt himself starting to panic, and for good reason. He was lost, wandering the Sentinel, trying to find an exit. This is ridiculous! I can't even make my way out of this thing. Ray sighed, and sat on the hard cobble floor. "Just calm yourself, Ray...it'll be fine."

     Aaron hit the doors and let himself in with the key. He did everything silently. He watched everything he could and checked his movements religiously. Then...he stood in the halls.
     The Blade crept along until the rustling in the staff room came into his hearing. He began on the handle until it stopped the first time. Second time it would click and open. He widened his eyes, the darkness eased open. He turned the latch...

The sheriff decided to head into the school, his pistol drawn. He didn't know why he was looking for this kid... He was bored, he guessed. So, he quietly opened the door, and walked inside the school, his natural night vision aiding him along.

"I found you!" Aaron snapped as the door clicked loudly. A little white furred wolf girl with golden eyes was raiding the fridge. She was also ignoring him.
     "Hello." She said simply with the voice of a grown woman. It was quite the silky voice too.
     "You...are raiding the staff room fridge."
     "It is by no means an easy living." She replied with a sad smile.
     "You're the ghost." Aaron said flatly.
     "I believe so, yes." She started chewing on a salad sandwich.
     Aaron remained silent a moment.
     She chewed her sandwich.
     "Oh." Aaron said disappointedly.
