Ray finished with the other boot. "It's not your fault. You haven't been around for a while. Things changed, A. Our kind doesn't run the show anymore."

Acon cringed at the idea of no longer being queen bee of Acension. "Yeah..."

Ray patted Acon's back. "Yeah, real wake-up call, isn't it?"

*jax walked into a pharmacy grabbing medicines, bandages, ect. He puts all the items he found in his backpack and wonders around for more items*

Acon shook her head. "No. Lulu would shit is she found out I lost my physical form only for an outside family to give it back." She sighed. "She's just way too... eh."
