Name: Zanthus Rex

Physical Description: Zanthus is tall and muscular individual who wears a navy blue, leather trench coat with chest plating along with a pair of navy blue army pants. She also wears a navy blue peaked cap and bears a number of badges on the right side of her chest. She is a velociraptor with yellow scales, green eyes, a white chest and lower jaw, three small spikes above her eyes, and thick black stripes that cover her body. She has robotic arms and hands, along with cybernetic feet. The claws on both her hands and her feet are completely metal and she has a cybernetic spine with metal plates that go from the back of her head to her tail. Zanthus’s tail is completely cybernetic, being built with strong metal, nerve stimulators, and a claw that can open up.
Traits: Strict, stern, dead-serious, brutal, intelligent, dominating, and cold, lacking any sort of affection or warmth of feeling.
Powers: Due to her vast interests in robotics and paranoia of being ‘obsolete’, Zanthus has enhanced her physical capabilities and weaponized herself through cybernetics. Her cybernetic arms and enhanced spinal cord allow her to lift up to 150 tons with ease. He artificial leg enhancements allow her to jump up to 7 meters high and run up to 220 mph. Her long cybernetic tail is very strong and is equipped with a claw that can grab people and shoot lasers. Her heart and lungs are cybernetically enhanced as well and her bones are made of pure steel. Her eyes are also artificial and allow her to see up to two and a half miles away. Finally, protected by a thick layer of steel, she has a plasma generator that allows her to create a temporary force field around her and shoot lasers from her eyes, mouth, and tail. However, from having so many cybernetics in her body, she often suffers from organ failure and has to gets daily medical treatment. Although covered in almost impenetrable steel, Zanthus’s plasma generator can overheat if she uses her lasers too much and needs to recharge monthly.
Skills: Being a high ranking general in the government, Zanthus has some authority over military forces. Being a great strategist, Zanthus is very skilled in planning action and can devise complex tactics to crush her enemies. Zanthus has also mastered in military combat.
Motives: She wants society to transcend their limitations, and "ascend" furrykind through genetic manipulation, cybernetics, magic, and advanced technology. However, her idea for a new world order implies suffering, war, death, leaving behind the lesser ones, all in the name of her deranged, corrupted views of progress. She is willing to go as far as to kill anyone who does not share her point of view.
