What their wanted for: Multiple accounts of arson, assalting an officer, fleeing pursuit, vandalism, and many other major and minor crimes. Has never committed the act of killing.
Magic Ability: physical adept. Can boost his physical attributes beyond their normal capabilties to do great feats of strength and dexterity with precision. The longer he uses this magical quality the more pain he will inflict on himself
Weapons: two 10mm pistols, moves, two combat knifes, and sub-machine gun
Moves: shadow ball, double team, quick attack, agility
Misc: Lennox is a small, black furred, anthro eevee who was orphaned at a very young age after his parents were arrested and executed. Since then he has devoted his life to rebelling against the government of Utopia on his own. He tend to disguise himself in a black cloak and face mask when he is committing acts of rebellion, otherwise he wears a grey shirt and black pants to help him blend into the crowd when needed. His eyes are red and he has shoulder length hair that covers his left eye.
Ok here is my character sheet. I won't be posting for the rest of the night though, but i will get to it in the morning.

By the way i have an idea. So i read the current line of posts and you mentioned you were rescuing a kid. My fursona is 17 and can still be considered a kid by some people's view point. Maybe my character could be the kid your rescuing. As i have mentioned in my fursona has committed many crimes against Utopia, and his skills do make of some value to the government. So the "retraining" could be them coming to apprehend Lennox and use enchantment magic to basically brainwash him.
