Oh, I wasn't aiming it at anyone ^^'


I tend to do that "Whine whine, rant rant"-thing when there are things eating at me, but I don't feel like I can/should whine about them openly on the forums for some reason or another. It only now occurred to me it can be taken the wrong way x-x'

This time, I actually have a pure first world rant.




Suddenly got an itch to try and hunt down an old game that came on some demo-CD with some PC-magazine back during the times where I could hardly read or write, even less so in English. The game starred an anthro rabbit and it was a 3D jump n' run. I also remember "Danger"-signs and my sister laughing at me for not pronouncing "Danger" right (tho that last part is rather irrelevant >->')
That's where it all ends. Or well, I remember the poor creatures death-scream all too well. Because I sucked at games like that as a kid. I probably still do, but hopefully less so x-x'


I think I've found the game again. It's got a rabbit, the signs, and it's a 3D jump n' run that looks like it might be old enough to be what I'm searching for, but I'm still not 100% sure. I'm currently looking through Let's play's of the game in hopes that someone fails and falls of the course somewhere (because I'd recognize that death-scream anywhere), but so far the only guy I've seen fail had the game muted >_>


...And downloading a game just to kill the character myself feels rather morbid xP

It's a really obscure game I guess most people have never heard of, judging from how hard it was to find it earlier xD

You might also view it negatively, so it depends on how you look at what I mean.

There are too many pretty people in my life.

I want to play Morrowind.
But all of the Ash-enemies and (especially) the ascended sleepers creep me out to the point where I just nope out after 15 minutes >_>
They're just too... I don't know. I find them very very disturbing.


One interesting thing is that the ascended sleeper kinda looks like the Seeker from Dragonborn, and those don't bother me at all despite them being more "realistic".
I guess it's some odd version of the uncanny valley >_>

....and now I lost a nice enchanted blade.
The quest sent me to Dagoth Ur's stronghold, tho I was only supposed to fetch something from there without going all the way to the bottom. It'd really have killed the mood to just pick up the item and then leave since Dagoth Ur kept making this really epic "come and get me"-speech, so I simply reloaded the previous save and decided I could just go pick that other thing up when I'm actually going there for real. Turns out I hadn't saved after picking up that sword, so I lost it >->

RIP, my sweet Levitate 50 pts for 30 seconds-enchanted sword whose type I've already forgotten.
You'll be missed.

Not so much it's actually painful, but it's really annoying.

My 3DS is about to bite the dust. I'm a little impatient with it, because at first, it refused to charge it's self unless the cord was straightened and it was adjusted at a certain angle. Now it's something with the SD card or the memory or something. Today it spewed the message " An error has occurred. Press the power button to restart and try again." resetting pretty much everything. I really hope the New 3DS isn't going to be like this one.
