I looked it up. The value in question, 31497955, is your Steam ID. Said ID is currently VAC banned. Since the official matchmaking uses VAC, there's a good chance you'll get kicked with that exact error message. So yes, you're banned from CS:GO but as far as I know that doesn't affect non-VAC servers.

To avoid getting off-topic, I feel a little bit queasy.

Ban was for cheating on CS:S (I'm not going to go into details how I got it, but it wasn't me) and it also affected HL2DM, HL2 mods and TF2.
It doesn't affect new games you buy after receiving the ban.
I can normally play on CS:GO, L4D2, Insurgency, Red Orchestra 2 and other VAC protected games.

It's not the case.
And the external API gives information that there's a ban, but doesn't show on which games. Only Steam client shows it.

Why don't you trust crops/food that have been selectively bred to be better for you? Why does anyone not trust this? Is it an "it's not natural thing"? That doesn't make sense as it follows rules that nature put there, if they are able to be manipulated that means they were supposed to be able to.

The problem is monsanto they use illegal practices to breed a genetic hybrid thats not safe to eat. Cows cant digest corn. They steal land from organic farmers and drive organics to the point of extinction

They usually don't try to breed hybrids if it's clear the results won't be safe. I mean they want to make food which is just better. The practice is relatively new so yes there have been mishaps but it's not evil like some claim. Plus organic food isn't always the best option, I can't think of any real reason to choose it over something that's GMO, especially when stores con you by charging more for organic food.

The biggestbtrick the devil ever pulled is convincing the world he didnt exist. Monsanto gets millions in subsidies from the goverment. Were not paying less for non organic were paying more. Growing up in the farming industry I can tell you things that will make you go organic. I dont feel like typing it all though. If you want pm me and ill discuss it with anybody who wants. Monsanto has bred a gentically identified crop and intentionally planted near organic fields. It blows into the organic field and grows. They come in find their genetic marker and sue the farmer and take his land. And no GMO is not healthy for you.
