I now have this image of us throwing a book to each-other in mine-craft. writing our post, then passing it to the next person, while desperately trying to mine and fend of creepers between posts. 

Though yea, it was Zarcs idea I was thinking of, and in that case, mod wise. WHO CARES? its text, use real ones, use silly ones, invent your own! as long as its fun!

My temptation would be to say as many building mods as you like BUT adventure mods are set to a very low frequency if they exist ((AKA, finding a pre-built structure is a BIG thing to find))

Agreed, same goes for rare materials and death
No matter how careful you are, you will probably die
Rare materials should be kept rare

My thoughts:

NO "Hacking/cheating" mods

No total conversions (Skyblock or such) though taking elements is fine (Ex nihilo is fine, though useless.)

Adventure mods(new buildings) are present, and new mobs are present, but they are both RARE, as in, seeing one is reason to celebrate or panic.
