Rae huffed, disappointed in his lack of larger improvised weaponry. He stalked back to the door and peered through the crack between it and the wall into the next room

The door opened a nudge further. You could look through and see there were tables and chairs against the door like a baricade.

[Rae]

"Ash, someone's trying to block the doorway." He leaned back and looked at her butt as she worked on the wires. "Try the green ones."

 "Can ya see anything else?" She said, placing a few more wires together, making a few cconnections here and there.

"Yeah. Yeah, I can see plenty more." He looked back into the room.

There was an array of computer screens against the far wall. Some were on.

Erik continued to look around the med bay taking inventory of the medical supplies, he was primarily looking for morphine always something handy to keep around. He looked up and seen a second med room

"Some of the computers are operational inside, but I can't tell what's on them."

One of the beds in the second med room had what seemed like someone lying on it yet covered from head to toe with a blanket. The smell was terrible.

"C'mon ya sonova bitch!" Ashlin growled. Her paws worked over the wires, taking some apart and placing them else were. She slipped different connections together, hoping for something.

Rae leans back again and tries to look down Ashlin's shirt

There was a great spark. The door slid open as tables and chairs pouted into the corrido. The lights were dim, but the room could be made up. The room was fairly bare of furniture from blocking the door.
There was a pool of dried up blood in the center of the room but no trail from it.

"Hey remulus check this out" he approaches the bed doing everything he can to keep his stomach from turning as a result of the smell, he breaths through his mouth as he pulls the blanket back.

The body was fairly rotten but intact. The most notable feature however was a giant hole in the chest, as though something had exploded out.

"Shit man..." Barrett went "spaced out. Sorry. But we should get to the bridge. At least then, we can maybe use the PA, and they could mime stuff to cameras or something." He gave a shrug "dunno."
