A small klaxon set off again as the bulkhead slowly sealed behind them where they had entered, then promptly turned off.
A small screen on the wall lit up.
"W&Y Systems"
"Initialising Pressurisation sequence"
"Pressurising - - - -"
Air hissed though ventilation grates from through the floor. The air was stale and had a funny, almost organic taste to it.
"Pressurisation - 100%"
"Initiating Decontamination procedure"
"Decontaminating - - - -"
A laser grid ran it's way through the room as sprinklers released a vapour that spread thought the room. It left a smell akin to that of a hospital.
"Decontamination - 100%"

The bulkhead leading to the ship slowly opened; a light hiss as the slight difference in pressure adjusted. The door opened to a smallish room for storage of pressure suits in tall glass cupboards. They were all however untouched, still containing the suits that should have been there. Beyond the room was a long dark corridor. The room was fairly neat asides from a medical kit that's contents had been strewn across the floor. The organic smell was more prevalent.

Once the sequence had ended Law took off his helmet and took a breath in "Ahhh I love that smell" He walks into the room full of suits, and looks around. "I can tell this is gonna be fun already".

He starts to take his pressure suit off clumsily, and falls onto the ground trying to get himself out of the lower half.

Ashlin stepped into the hallway and stripped out of her pressure suit, just kinda tossing it on the floor. Her nose twitched at the smell, one she hadnt smelled before. "I wonder if they had an onboard garden." She said.
Thats it! Your flesh is now forfit to the impending doom down yonder in the horse fields!

"Damn... What the hell happened?" Barrett said with a grunt "some virus make zombies or some sh!t?" He shook his head, stepping out of his pressure suit "in which case, I've got Charlotte right here." He smiled, giving his pulse rifle a small pat, attaching the magazine to a combat vest he wore

Law smiles a little at Barrett "I think decomposing bodies and zombies smell the same, if you ever smell one that is." Law puts his suit to one side and puts his back pack on properly. "Off chance is that they were stuck on the ship and died of starvation perhaps. And that's where that other smell comes from, the smell of dead composing bodies flowing through our lungs"

"Maybe a new breed of aliens killed em." He gave a small chuckle "I mean, I don't think we've encountered much of em."

Remulus slipps into his suit. "Aliens? Gotta be kidding me." He clipped his pistol and knife onto his suit. He also took out his hardrive. He practiced holding and shooting the pistol faking a scenario in which he had to shoot all the enemies around him.

I will find you, and I...will...HUG YOU!!

Barrett gave a shrug, growling as remulus' pistol passed over him "don't point that at me."

"Well, the bridge is probably either in the center of the ship or all the way on the other side."

The corridor lit up as Ashlin walked along it. The lights were a dim orange from a low supply of power, but did their job well enough to show the corridor split up into 3 directions. Forward, Left and Right. It was too dark to see down either direction.
The ship suddenly shuddered and the distant sound of metal shearing could be heard.
