Yes you can torture people any way you like just don't put so much gore or whatever because you'll get in trouble but also you must have a story of why your a CIA or criminal and the year is 2023 so you can make new weapons just not so futuristic

Appearance: a purple sergal with bright Aqua eyes, tongue, paws, and her blood and intestines are neon Aqua, she also has a white mohawk, her tail is extremely long, strong, and flexible she uses for many things, retractable claws, very sharp teeth she may use in combat, very fit and has a hourglass build to her body

Clothing: a general outfit and these are just the extras with it and gives you a clue of what it looks like [/img]

Role: criminal, sorta a dictator, general

Weapons: owns military bases so that should give you a hint of what she's got...

Personality: a bit crazy, cruel, deep down sad and scared, short tempered, loves to kill, hates the CIA, smart, bossy, mischievous, manipulative...

Backstory: her dad Zardoff Miranda was the original dictator of California, Nevada,Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Arizona (I guess you can say a quarter of the United States or less) her dad is the dictator but if anything will happen to him it may pass down to her so therefore she is the general to make sure all goes as planned... She however was recently captured and as we speak being tortured for info but since she's brainwashed to what her father likes she will say nothing and take the pain so for now she is a prisoner.

Extra: she can take extreme pain, brainwashed as a child to become like this and follow her fathers commands

Role:Psycho in a asylum

Weapons:Whatever he can get his hands on

Personality:Demented,Hungry for anything,aggresive

Backstory:What started as survival and ate his friend eventually turned him into a cannible,killing many people in towns before being tranqulized and captured,and put into a asylum

Extra:Makes very uncommon bonds with prison mates,hasnt had love since he was captured

*zaida was in her cell humming as people yelled her saying she was a coward and such as curse words she smiled and giggled. A couple CIA agents walk in and grab zaida by her Mohawk and threw her out of her cell to the floor she was useless since her paws were cuffed so as her tail. They pick her up thing her in her chair and on her general uniform was dry blood*
agent tiger: "you can make this easier or harder zaida!!"
Zaida smiled: "I love the hard way..."
*agent hawk hit her with his gun* "NOW YOU B*TCH!!"
*zaida snarled but still kept a smile* "hehe... So silly..I live for the pain...." *she growls*
*the men and woman in the asylum cheered the agents to hit her again*

*he gave his hardest punch making her odd Aqua blood to fly making the floor stain with it and her eyepatch fell off revealing her cyborg eye* "hit me all you like... But I won't tell you sh*t!!!..." *she growls while snarling as blood dripped from her nose and mouth *

*agents then begin to shoot and scream one by one as zaida sneakily attacks and kills them and along with some prisoners*
