There are a few things we could do.

The first thing I'm gonna do is a bit more mod searching, find a 1.8 mod that we can use

The second thing I could do is find a way to make minecraft 1.7.10 while still retaining the world, might not be possible though

There are a few other options

I prefer running newer versions, so I'd rather stay on 1.8 instead of reverting to 1.7.10

What happens if you use an outdated admin essentials mod?

EDIT: Is this by any chance relevant? It looks like the right kind of thing, has a 1.8 version and uses Forge.

Is spawning the Wither Boss disabled? I can't seem to do it. Was just farming for ages for Wither Skulls hoping to fight him in the middle of nowhere for the nether star

Nope. I've seen friends spawn them plenty of times on the server, and somewhat recently I got repeatedly killed by one in the Bedrock warp.

That's weird. I just travelled to some place and tried to spawn him. Nothing happened. T-shaped soulsand. 3 wither skulls. Something i'm missing?

Post Merge: March 08, 2015, 10:18:16 AMI figured it out. There was the Wither in the Bedrock Warp which meant I couldn't spawn another one. So I killed that one then spawned a new one and killed that

Ever think about turning off mob griefing? It's not even about the houses so much as about the fact that we're constantly filling up creeper-craters.

Maybe we could have a polls.

We need a mod for that, there probably is a bukkit plugin for it though
