I assume there is NO possibility of it being set by someone, who then ran so the chunk despawned. leaving it frozen for longer than 24 hours.

Anyway, someone look on those logs and see everyone who was on not within the last 24 hours, but since the city was reported not burned. Also, did the looting happen after or before the fire?

call what you like anoni is trust worthy and if he says that you and someone else where on at times then he says it happened and tybalt do as you wish and the fire was not within the last day because we REBUILT yhe town to what it was
