I'm not sure it was a trolling thing. A pocket of water was built on it, I'm assuming it was supposed to be some sort of sky farm. It's unfinished, so we won't know unless the owner comes back to finish it.

Water was there to reduce fall damage after teleporting in case of falling.

I think that would be fair, but then again I don't know if I would really count as a "dedicated forum member" or a known and trusted member.

TBH I've found that most of these problems are caused by dedicated forum members, rather than new members xD

I actually need to get back onto the server eventually, although my creative spark has been pretty dim lately.
