Nope, we generally try for plugins rather than mods. We don't want people with vanilla minecraft to be able to use our server

No, unfortunately, it doesn't work like that. Everyone needs to sync mods manually if we're to use any, which requires a different launcher, someone hosting the modpacks, blah blah blah basically it's not convenient in terms of inclusivity.

If someone did make a modpack, managed a modpack, and made it readily available in Tekkit and FTB launchers, and prepared server packs for the server, would that person be able to get TFF server to be slightly modded?

Yes, but then everyone who wanted to play would have to do the same.


EDIT: Not that you can't do this and make your own server, once you get Internet anyway. It's not free, but Minecraft Realms is great for this.

Everyone who wanted to play would just have to download tekkit launcher and then paste a URL in a box, wait maybe 10 mins first time at the veeeery most, and then the server IP could be loaded into the server list already.

We could have two servers (if possible)
One would be just tails, nei, and some aesthetics.
Other would have that and some crazy mods to lend towards peoples fursonas.
