Actually, the peony one is a general glitch in 1.8. When you hit the bottom block of tall plants, its breaking texture uses the peony one for whatever reason. It happens in singleplayer as well.

Anybody have an idea when most people get on the server? I see all these amazing harbors and towns and castles in pristine condition, yet I never see a single other person online!
