Why do you want to be a moderator?
I feel like this place is an easy bait for griefers. There's a minimal amount of block protection. Although there is Lockette, but that's locking a single block, but if you want a surtain region to be protected? Yea... That's where WorldGuard comes in handy. Not only that,

How active will you be?
At least once a week I'll be present on this server

What is your experience (if any)?
Experienced with:
- FTP
- Modded Minecraft (I hold 4 modpacks on Feed The Beast behind a password)
- Bukkit Plugins and cofiguration of them, such as and not limited to:
     - WorldEdit
     - PermissionsEx
     - WorldGuard
- YML configuraton language

Application  noted, I don't think you've been on the server long enough to warrant a moderator position, but if you're active, start up your own things, try to get people involved in the server and stuff, then we'll definitely consider it further

Hey guys! 1.9 is out now and so we can update to the new minecraft. This will unfortunately mean a new map needs to be created, for the moment if people want to keep the old map we'll hold off on it, but as not many people frequent it lately (partly my fault), it might be time to restart a new.

I plan for there to be a unveiling for the new map, where we set up a time, all go on and start constructing our new world! How does that sound?

This, I liked my floating farm I made!

I believe there's a way to make a teleport system to the old world, but it's a pain to set up. There was a server I used to go on that tried to do that so people could transfer their items over, but they couldn't get it to function properly.

It will be a good idea to keep the old world saved in case that can be sorted out.
