The only reason the government of NATO aren't investigating this is because they wanted to "lend no credence to the rambligs of terrorists" so, they hired you and your compatriots to search for, and eliminate both this group, the weapon they claim to have and any traces of it.

Weapons/equipment: he carries a heavily modified AK-101, with a Kobra red dot and a GP-34 grenade launcher mounted under it. He carries a block of C4, some detonators, and a basic trauma IFAK (individual first aid kit)
About him: he was with SFOD-D, and left because he was used as a scapegoat for a failure on the CIA's part. Though he holds no I'll will towards the US, he doesn't much like it's government.
