I know ive been straight for a  long while now. For me, my sexuality was one thing that never came into question. There has only been one time ive "considered" dating one of my guy friends, but again, since i dont find males sexually attractive it quickly left my mind.

I think Regular Expressions would be useful in defining sexuality

sexuality* = attracted to none or many sexualities (including all)
sexuality+ = attracted to one or many sexualities (including all)
(male) | (female) = Attracted to male OR female
[^cismale] = Attracted to everything BUT CIS-male

You could add sub categories, for example
male* would mean "attracted to none or many male identifying people", so might be transgender male for example

We could use a current local variable $GENDER = your identified gender and $SEX equals your identified sex and $ALL = the set of all pronouns for gender and sex

Thus heterosexual on a cis person would be
/[^$SEX]/
Homosexual would be
/$SEX/
Bisexual would be
/(Male) | (Female)/
Poly sexual would be
/(gender+)/
Asexual would be
//
Pansexual would be
/$ALL/
Etc

I'm mostly physically attracted to women, every mate I've had on here has been male.  My partner IRL is female.

Whether someone is trans-anything doesn't bother me, but I still process them in binary terms.

Anyone who'd like to tell me which box I fit in and that's how I'll answer the poll.

I don't mind being pigeon-holed, I am whatever I am regardless of the label, but when I use a term I like to use it correctly.

I did programming and it didn't looked like that... But I stopped when we begun C++, so I don't quite understand what Anoni wrote in the programming style...

These are Regular Expressions used for pattern matching and so forth in various scripting languages like Perl, Python and Bash. They are extremely helpful.

Something about that seems too... clinical to me. Personally, I don't think code like that is adequate to describe me.
