Kitten whimpered at every bump and sound she heard. It was amazing how long she'd lasted in the asylum before now.

*hearing her whimpers her looked at her* "I'll protect you darling I promise~ if you'd like we can talk until you doze into a dream my darling?~" *he rubbed her back*

Kitten didn't like having her back turned towards the open, that's when something would be most likely to strike, so she turned so that her back was pressed up against Eddie. Her eyes grew wide as she tried to see in the darkness. "P-please. I'm... I'm scared of the dark."

*he kissed her* "the power went out but I can find something darling~" *he stood and grabbed a candle and lit it up along with a few others making the room become dim but could be seen.* "those were al of them darling..." *He laid back down with her hugging her close with his tail wrapped on her waist to comfort her* "I won't let anything happen to you~" *he gave a slight chuckle* "you should have nothing to fears either, most inmates are too much of cowards to approach me.. And if they try to get near you I will risk my life to save you~"

Kitten sighed with relief and nodded, snuggling up to Eddie. "A-alright." She tried closing her eyes, but noises outside the room kept her awake.

"I'm sorry I wish I can do something, it is a scary place for a beautiful sergal like you~" *he sighed* "is there anything I can do darling, anything?~"

"Yes you may~" *he stood* "it's a bit far in the cafeteria.. Would you like to come or stay?" *he put on his clothes and afterward looked at her patiently waiting for a response*

Meanwhile Remulus was in the kitchen (Its next to the cafeteria right?). He had followed the open doors and they had led him there. There were rusty pots, dirty floors and goo splattered all over. He looked around for a way out.
