As Kyle walked back home, he watched as ghosts began to leave their hiding places and began to wander throughout Yellowseed. It was like this every night, since the ghosts that inhabit Yellowseed are usually docile. Eventually, he came back to his house where his grandfather was fast asleep on the same couch he'd been on the entire day. He then made his way upstairs to his room where he began to draw on his desk. It was usually these nights where Kyle would like to talk to the ghosts of Yellowseed, but tonight he just wanted to rest.
Father Thomas heard Tim's voice and said in a calm yet tired tone, "Yes?"
Back at the abandoned church, the spirit who chased after Zaida was now hiding in the deepest floor of the building, crying while screaming at a wooden cross. "Why have you forsaken me!? I have followed your amendments and kept a pure name! All I seek is the cleansing of my sins and to have my wrong doings forgiven, but instead you damn me to eternal despair! Thou shall not be forgiving for this!"
