Ray felt a cold chill run down his spine, and he shivered, pulling the vest closer to himself. He wasn't the fastest runner, but could hold his own against most people, so he wasn't particularly worried about getting home quickly. Furthermore, he never left the apartment without a loaded handgun, sitting on the inside of his vest. Nothing too fancy, a small revolver. Not enough to kill someone, but definitely good for dissuading unsavory individuals. In all actuality, the gun was loaded with blanks, like a starting gun. Ray continued on his merry way, as the 'Lavender Town Theme' played in his ears.
