A Lingering Ghost...

"This amazing mansion...Left on the edge of town...in fact, a little bit outside of town... Do you hear that...? Who's voice is that inside...? Is...Is that crying...?"


An abandoned mansion has been left to rot. The previous owner was a wealthy psychologist by the name of Alka. He was confirmed to have committed suicide, after an extreme depression caused his life to spiral out of control. His house has been left to whoever wants to buy it...but everyone keeps telling stories that Alka's ghost is haunting the mansion. Nobody will care if you decide to spend a bit of time inside.....


DETAILS ABOUT THE MANSION

• It's 3 stories tall
• It has enough rooms to support anyone who may join the RP
• Fully stocked fridge and a state of the art kitchen
• Entertainment for all (A flatscreen TV, gaming consoles, speaker system and a pool)
• It also has a mini gym, containing multiple weights, 3 treadmills and 5 yoga mats

RULES

• Anyone and everyone is allowed to partake. But, please PM me with a character sheet before you do.
• I'll allow for insults, but no swearing. Also, don't go around dissing everyone every post. Using #@!$ to replace swear words is allowed. And nothing to insult a religion, race or sexual orientation.
• I'm accepting furs of all kinds. But please, no abusing magics (as in use magic like there isn't anything within the house to accomplish what you are trying to do).
• Please don't be obnoxious. I've seen people do some crazy things before that just all around disturb the peace for no reason whatsoever, so can we not just do that. The setting is meant to be quiet and somewhat eerie.
• I'd rather people not go out of their way to start conflicts. If you have a background of drama with someone in the RP, leave it behind. Treat this RP as a fresh, new start and a way to renew your understanding of another fursona/RPer
• I'm only allowing each RPer one fursona at a time. Sorry, but I don't want an overload of fursonas complicating the story and creating different actions that everyone wants to keep track of.
• If you are going to be a ghost, please note the following: You can go through walls, but allow people their privacy|You can touch things, without going through them| You don't have to have a voice liiiiike thiiiiiiis|You're fully coloured.
• Finally, have fun. This RP is meant to help bond people, under the guidance of a friendly ghost. If you would like to request a rule change, or if you need clarification on any of the rules feel free to PM me. Also, if you think something you want to do is breaking a rule, but aren't sure, also PM me. I'm not going to be extremely strict about the rules.

[Hiyate]

After hearing the town folk spread rumours about the supposedly 'haunted' mansion, Hiyate decides to pay the old place a visit to calm his curiosity. To his surprise the house was nicer than he'd expected.

"It's not everyday you get to see a haunted house... Just a quick look wouldn't hurt anyone." I reassure myself before entering through the front door.

*The house seemed abandoned enough. Everything was covered to prevent dust going over it. But, it all looked perfectly fine.*

[Hiyate]

"I probably shouldn't uncover anything just yet..." I ventured around the remaining rooms of the first floor before stumbling into the kitchen. "Wow... Who ever lived here must have been rich..." I open the fridge to notice that their is still edible food in there, which peaked my curiosity even more.   

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*There was a crying heard upstairs in one of the bedrooms. It was feint, yet it seemed to echo around the entire house*

((Off to go to bed. Nini~))

[Hiyate]

The idea of there actually being a ghost in the house both scared and excited me. However it could just be another person who could have wandered in before me. Regardless, I run open stairs to see what it was.

((Nighty night))

*The crying became more apparent, but was still fairly quiet. It was coming from one of the rooms down the hallway...the creepy, dusty and eerie hallway...*

[Hiyate]

Hiyate slowed down to better hear from which door the crying was coming from. Once outside the door Hiyate took a deep breath and opened the door "Hello...? Is anyone in here...?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*A wolf was curled up on a bed, crying into his pillow.*

[Hiyate]

Hiyate slowly approached the bed, "Excuse me... Are you okay...?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*The wolf spoke. His voice was very soft, and it made him seem approachable* E-.....Every....Everyone I cared about left me.......my mate got killed and died in my arms....my mother told me she doesn't love me as she died......My father died of cancer.....And my sisters haven't even batted an eye towards me.....let me wallow in my sorrow....

[Hiyate]

Hiyate sat on the side of the bed "What about your friends? Maybe you should see them... Besides it's probably for the best that you don't stay here alone" He lowered his hand to place it on the wolf's shoulder, but to his surprise his hand slipped through him. Hiyate quick retracted his arm in shock. "So... I... I didn't catch your name... Do you mind telling me?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

My name? Alka P. Wolf. Not that it means anything anymore...

[Hiyate]

He remembered back to a conversation he overheard back in the village. *"Alka... P... Wolf...? This must have been the owner of the house... Then he really is a..."* Hiyate looks down at Alka with fear in his eyes "So... Your not really... You know... Alive? Are you?"
