they're basically kids that are about 10 - 16 ish that you'd expect to hear on online gaming
always swearing and thinking they are 'hard' and whatnot..
generally going around annoying everyone and looking for fights then backing down and running away if they actually get challenged

Well, I try not to judge youths personally..
but it gets a bit difficult when 80% and more of the youths I see out and about are chavs :S
