Aliens: shipwreck (CLOSED)

You guys have heard of the aliens series of movies, no doubt.  You probably also realize that an alien, with acid blood, that bursts out of your chest, can be quite scary. If you've been here long enough, you likely at least saw MrRazot's RP, in which he tried to capture that atmosphere. So, I'm gonna blatantly steal his concept, at spin it as my own, smarter idea! Because im a smart guy, guys!


Basically, the premise is this:
You, and a group of friends started a salvage company, and it makes good money. Though, as with most businesses dependent on disaster, there are crests and troughs. Recently, it seems, you're in one of those troughs. Though... there seems  to be a rather large ship,... registry has it marked as the USCSS Nalfar. You and your team can't help contain giddiness.
It looks intact! maybe... %80 of the ship still has viable life support.
Which begs the question, why is it drifting?
No life signs detected... but maybe its your sensors, radio them just in case.... still nothing.
You shrug your shoulders, and quickly set the shuttle on a docking path. Seems like you just had the find of a lifetime!


So yeah. basically, I'm going to be a DM of sorts. Gonna describe what happens, and control the alien(s). Unless one of you dies, in which case, you'll get to control your nice, fancy, sleek, murdering alien.

No god-modding(which is a given, but I want to say I'll have your chest burst open if you do)
Be descriptive. I want each reply to be at least a couple sentences.
Have fun! or have whatever makes you do this type of stuff!
If I have to go for a certain amount of time, I'' notify you guys, and appoint a new GM to serve in my absence.

Role: Rookie Salvager
Special training: Able to blowtorch his way through (almost) anything.
Backstory: Perry was brought up in a very religious town and brought up as the son of a high priest. However with the thirst for adventure, Perry forsook his roots and found a way to the stars, landing him up in a place as one of the youngest on a ship of Salvagers. After a few years of service and a few good hauls, he's one of the team.

Backstory: Part of a long line of milatary heros crest was built to be in the army. Although excelling at evrything he never had the life he wanted. Ignoring those emotions he was hired to protect the people on the ship with his life. Main reasons for right now are money and personal intrigue. Has always had something interesting about it.

Special Training: Trained in engineering, scraped through...barely...


Backstory: Xander had always been a massive lazy-ass, his motto is "if I don't need to waste my energy, I won't but if I do, I'll be quick about it so I can rest again", his parents forced him to find some sort of military career so he picked what he thought would be the least effort, he scarped through his training, however this is not because he isn't intelligent, he just didn't care and didn't bother. This eventually lead to where he is in his life. In space. Bored. He wants to go home.

Special Training: Computer Engineering, his education makes him a brilliant hacker,  sodder iron jockey, and Technician. Training in Navigation and piloting.
Backstory : He had always seeked out a life of adventure and exploration on one of the larger Space oddessys. However, he wound up found himself landing on a salvaging ship. Not the most glorious of jobs, but it does sort of satisfy the "adventure" aspect.

Age: 27
Species: Desert Fox (not a fennec)
Role: Engineer
Special Training:  Repair and maintenance of things mechanical, mainly having to do with ships. Her everyday use of tools makes her a fast welder. 

Backstory: Ashlin was once part of a space pirate gang, maintaining the ship and repairing the few planet vehicles they had. She found it to be an easy life, vert rewarding when they managed to raid something. Any time they found some poor cargo ship or trader vessel her team would plunder it, killing anyone inside before taking the loot and blowing it up. The fox got her cut, with barley having to get any blood on her paws too. Everything had been good, simple, but leave it to life and fate that things would screw up. Looking back she knew what went wrong, knew they didnt see the marine logo on the ship before they boarded. And before the could even blink, she found herself inside of asecure max prison on some astroid in god knows were. She spent three long years there before being released, and just in time to get a call to join a scavenging crew.

Crest makes the most in character sense to have the gun... but xander just plain put more work in. I'll check later today...  no offense, but I do want detailed sheets.

I don't care if you give it to me nor do I care if you don't. I never expected you too. I was thinking I could just bring a knife or something
