*Thinking back* "I do remember some things I tried having...unexpected results, so maybe that is it. A-And, Lenna, what are umbral abilities exactly? They sound interesting!" 

[Tina]

"it probably means you have absorbed some magical power that was flowing through the world when you were born or soon after" I reply as I remember my lessons "it is partially the same as being a sorcerer, only its less predictable and usually much stronger"

"Yeah that's why I don't use that often...though sometimes it's a little hard to control." I say rubbing the back of my head.

Post Merge: March 25, 2016, 11:24:54 PM"I guess I could show them off...just don't get scared or anything." Lenna closes her eyes to concentrate. All the shadows in the room start to come alive with movement as black tentacles start to protrude from them.

[HellEye]

"wow, that looks cool. And a bit spooky too, if I didn't know it was you I'd be hugging someone now, repeating 'dont eat me' over and over" I laugh a little
"as for me, there isn't a lot of choice, but I should leave fire out just in case"
I create three balls of water from the vapor in the air and start juggling them
"a nice party trick to do"

[Pegu]

*Watches attentively, to see if he can learn anything from watching* "Oooh"

[Tina]

The black tentacles started lashing growing bigger and bigger.
"The pain..."  l say as a black miasma leaks out from the back of my dress and i hunch over in pain.

[Pegu]

*Ears turn in the pained Umbreons direction, and then his head* "L-Lenna?!" *Blinks over* "W-What's wrong?" 

[HellEye]

"hey Lenna, are you alright?" I ask, getting a bit nervous "speak to me, fight it!"

[Pegu]

*Blinks back a short distance to watch what happens next, but the spirit is now shaking with uncertainty*

[Tina]

The miasma grows larger and the back of my dress slips to show my fairly large birthmark. Currently it looked like a pulsing tumor of dead skin with cracks in it that were leaking quite a bit of raw black magic. The tentacles started to show twisted mouths and eyes as they continued to grow.
"My bag...get it!" I say pointing to my bag in the corner.

[HellEye]

Leaps to the corner and grabs the bag, returns to Lenna
"what am I looking for?"

[Pegu]

*Has tripped backwards and is now leaning on his hands, still watching silently and shaking*

[Tina]

"A white orb...find it and push it against my birthmark!" Tears start streaming down my face as the pain was steadily getting worse. So where the tentacles as they began to reach for Pegulsus, the multiple mouths nashing as the eyes glared hungrily.

[Pegu]

*Squeaks seeing them reaching for him - in a panic, his eyes momentarily glow before a spherical, transparent purple shield materializes around him and he curls into a ball inside it*

[HellEye]

I open the bag and pull out an orb, then I push it against Lenna's back.
" hang in there. It's gonna be alright"

[Tina]

The orb glows with a bright light and absorbs the black magic, as it does this the tumor slowly starts to shrink and the cracks begin to close up. The tentacles shriek in agony as they are shrink away into the shadows.

I fall onto my side holding up the front of my dress as I cry.
"...thank you, thank you so much..."
