After letting go of the trench I was able to pick up some good speed.
"HEh, It's good he doesn't know my real top speed." I say to myself. It was starting to get hot though as the friction picked up as I entered mach 5.

I was up to the challenge wanting to show off my real top speed. I angled up, building altitude as I picked up speed. going past mach 12 as it was easier from the thinning atmosphere.

*Alka grinned and picked up the pace, his wings folding pack into him, and glowing a bit golden. He happily followed upwards and picked up the pace, skipping machs as he boosted into mach 15*

entering space a red bubble formed around me. I grinned as I picked up speed to mach 20 causing a huge explosion of air as I just barely exit the last bit of earths atmosphere.
