Geoff pulled out his pocket knife and cut his own arm. He then hovered his hand over the wound and hummed quietly. There was no glowing effect, but the wound sealed up and healed perfectly.

although its definitely not mana based..
I'm sure Nucleon will have a book on the school of magic though in his bookshelf
he has books on all sorts, spirit magics, blood magic, mana.. you name it!
