Aght... *Fluffy blinked quickly a few times* I need to get used to this. *He meant MindTether overriding his vision with extra displays. He put his goggles on and they began rendering same things the hologram did*

[The Past]

Geoff still felt nervous around Tulip, but in this foreign place, he felt more comfortable around someone he knew rather than on his own. He chose to share a room with her. After spending time around her, he hoped he'll calm down and talk to her like a normal person--well, normal as he could manage, anyway...

Geoff knew the race was about to start and didn't plan to take a nap yet when he lay down on the bed for a moment, but sure enough he drifted into sleep.

Tulip watched Geoff for a minute, blushing at how cute he looked there. She carefully climbed onto the bed, keeping space between the two of them. She wanted to be closer to him, but feared he would be upset with her when he wakes up. After pondering this for a while, she hesitantly inched close to him and rested her head on his chest.
His arm reaching around her assured that it was okay. She blushed even harder and relaxed, falling asleep as well.
