Tim relaxed half on his float and half in the water, looking at the being.

"The laws of nature say we should definitely not be here. and that if we DID turn up here, the laws of nature would have us devoured by those things. but I prefer to view the laws of nature as guidelines." Grunan grins. "Within this bubble we are perfectly safe."

"Child?" i start to laugh again.

Xander sits on his bed. staring at his door. If any SWAT member comes knocking he was prepared to gut them. He doesn't really need a reason, but he won't do anything stupid. First, he'll just wait and see what happens.
