Xander strokes her hair. "I've seen people go through situations close to this. I mean...a good amount of those people are dead now, sure but some of them aren't. At least last time I checked they were still breathing."

Grunan nods and pulls his hand away, then collapsed himself, the pain being too much.

"Damn it." Angder lifts Grunan up, and heads to a spare room.

"Hey Angder, is Grunan gonna be okay?" Xander stays with Kye, gently stroking her hair still. She can hear his heartbeat, it's steady and peaceful.

"Jeff would've sent someone to tell us if it had," Cassy said, slightly joking back. "You should probably at least put your pants back on... or were you wearing shorts?"




Jeff sighed. "Well, that was an experience," he said, checking out the knives he took from the bandits.

"Should be, he had the pain, not the injuries, worst case scenario the spell went wrong, and he will continue to feel his pain for some time... but thats easy to fix" Angder sighs. "I am off to bed. hopefully Zarc can start fixing my fingers when I wake up..."
