Geoff frowned.

"I'm sorry... I'll try to talk with her about it. I-I hope you guys can become friends."

[Chains]

"I really didn't mean to scare here." I said looking at the floor.

[The Past]

"Yeah, I know... You were pretty scary then, though," Geoff chuckled. "But, yeah, I'll talk with her. I'm sure she'll understand..."

"Oh! I need to get back to cooking. I'll share if there's some left over. See ya later."

He gently closed the door and hopped back to his kitchen.

[Chains]

I stood in front of the door,
"All right then." I said walking away from the door feeling rejected. I found myself walking the complex kicking pebbles with my hands in my pockets.

*Fluffy is now conscious*

I walk back over to where zarco is and layed down next to him. I wanted to take a nap.

Geoff continued cooking.

Tim climbed through his window, closed it, and blasted his AC Unit. "Hmmm... What's the lowest it will go... ooh, 58 sounds serious. But I think i'll just put it onnn.... sixtyyyy... five."
"Seven degree increments make an obvious difference." Tim went to his room.


Lia 'squished' through Tim's door and went to sleep on his couch.

Zarco - *Awoke still sleeping under the tree*
Aah..
*stretched*

That.. was a surprisingly good sleep!

I twitch a little in my sleep next to Zarco.

Zarco - *Looked down at Chains*
hmm.. one moment..
*Opened his backpack and pulled out a shrunken down blanket*
*grew it back to be normal size and placed it over Chains*

Zarco - *stood up and went towards the apartments*
*walked through to the front room to retrieve his laptop*
*Jumped back a bit on seeing fluffy*

Geoff finished cooking the spaghetti and jumped onto the computer, which he had left on. A few minutes ago, someone had sent him an IM contact request and some messages.

[REDACTED]: Hey, it's Ciara.
[REDACTED]: You should turn on your phone.
[REDACTED]: I need you to investigate a location.

Geoff huffed irritably. Seriously?
He accepted the request.

Geoff: Okay. Where is it?

Geoff shut off the computer and carefully grabbed his gear, making sure not to wake Tulip.

He put it on, then grabbed a piece of paper, quickly scribbling down a note, placing it beside her:

"Gone to work.
There's spaghetti in the kitchen. Enjoy.

He pulled up the hood and opened up his window, looking back at her before slipping through it and off into the night.
