Noticing Kro, Cassy followed him. "Hey," she said, waving gently. "Good to see you again. I thought you might've died in the fire like I nearly did."


Jeff nodded. "Right... Give me about seven minutes or so," he said, walking into the kitchen and looking for a bag of chocolate chips.

[Chains]

Huffing in irritation, I take off back into the sky. I was back in my little world doing flips and letting my wings stretch some more.

Ah...  hi. The fire... urh... yeah...
*Kro kept his gaze away from cassy, instead focusing on the control panel for the pool.*

Xander sprawls out across the couch, arm dangling off the side of it, staring up at the ceiling. He needs to find a way to properly come to terms with all this but doesn't quite know how. "You people are all insane and weird."

[The Past]

Geoff felt kinda awkward and nervous. He scratched the back of his neck.

"Uh, so... interesting place, huh?"

((I might have to switch my plot involvement down just because I have trouble keeping up with this. It's like I keep getting into roleplays that are either too slow or too fast. ))

I must have been out of it because the next thing I know I slam right into the building wall, like a cartoon I peel off and fall to the ground.

Clare shrugged and called her sword back, then, noticing Chains falling, she took a running start, leaped, jumped off the wall, caught Chains, and landed safely on the ground. "Careful, now," she said.




Jeff returned with a fresh cup of homemade hot chocolate. "Did you want a peppermint stick with that?" he asked.


Cassy shrugged. "If you don't want to talk about it, I understand. It was kinda freaky." The crat girl gently rubbed the scar under her eye. "So what are you up to?"

"We are strange I guess..." Angder states.

[Chains]

Noticing I was caught I rubbed my head and shake.
"I'm fine." I say levitating back up in the air.

Urh... yeah, I'd rather not talk about it... Anyway, Im just monitoring the pool... what about you?

Xander takes the hot chocolate and slowly sips in. Shakes my head. "No, it's fine as it is."

Clare walked up the wall to catch up with Chains. "So... what's your story then, Science guy?"


Cassy shrugged and scratched her belly. "I'm trying to catch up with people," she said. "It's been a while since we've all been together... except for Jeff and I. We still hung out over the past year." She cocked her head. "Do we still have a training room?"

Jeff nodded. "Good," he said. "I'm going to go make sure the cooking knives are sharpened. I'll be back in a bit."
